Refund Policy

Cancellations
Free cancellation windows vary by property and are shown at checkout. After the free window, partial refunds may apply per the listing policy.
Security deposits
Deposits are held by the property or StayHive escrow as indicated. Refunds are processed within 7–15 days after checkout inspection, minus documented damages.
Payment refunds
Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Bank timelines may add 3–7 business days after StayHive initiates the refund.
Disputes
Contact care@stayhive.com with your booking ID. We mediate between residents and owners; unresolved cases may escalate to local consumer forums.
