By accessing StayHive you agree to book and list accommodations lawfully, provide accurate information, and respect house rules published by property partners.
Bookings & payments
Confirmations are subject to owner acceptance and property availability. Fees, deposits, and cancellation windows are shown before payment.
Owner & dealer obligations
Partners must keep listings truthful, maintain safety standards, and honour confirmed bookings. StayHive may suspend accounts for fraud or policy violations.
Liability
StayHive facilitates discovery and bookings but does not own listed properties. Liability for stay quality rests primarily with the property operator, except where required by law.
